Located in the heart of Quito’s historic center, the project is conceived as a spatial reflection on time, continuity, and movement. Architecture, art, and function converge to create an environment where past and present coexist through a carefully crafted visual and material language. Every element—from the bar and furniture to the murals, floating sculpture, and interior details—participates in this temporal dialogue.
The murals act as visual narratives, linking historical roots with contemporary perspectives and extending the project’s conceptual depth across the space. Suspended above, the floating sculpture becomes a symbolic centerpiece, evoking the passage of time and the idea of artistic permanence within a changing context. Together, these elements transform the interior into an immersive and expressive environment.
The bar functions as the social core of the project, a place of encounter where heritage and contemporary use intersect. Its design balances aesthetics and practicality, reinforcing the project’s commitment to functionality without losing sensitivity. Closely connected to its graphic identity and branding, the space establishes a coherent narrative that strengthens its identity and offers a distinctive experience rooted in precision, craftsmanship, and continuity.
