MORPHISM is design studio focused on space, objects, architecture, and spatial experience.
De Caai is located on the former site of the Campina dairy factory in Eindhoven, established in the 1960s as a milk cooperative within the city ring road. The current urban plan by Studioninedots and DELVA reenvisions this area, an example of industrial reconstruction architecture, as a recognizable, accessible, and green live-work area. It includes approximately 700 homes in three lower residential blocks and five towers, plus 20,000 sqm of commercial real estate within the historically valuable factory buildings.

Methodology
We begin by understanding space beyond its physical limits. Through observation, dialogue, and intuition, we identify the latent qualities of a site—its rhythms, tensions, and possibilities—allowing the project to emerge from what is already present rather than imposed.
Our process is driven by how people perceive, inhabit, and move through space. We translate abstract needs, emotions, and behaviors into spatial strategies, creating environments that can be intuitively understood and meaningfully experienced.
From research to execution, we work through simple but precise concepts. By establishing clear parallels between idea, form, and use, we shape spaces that are coherent, adaptable, and grounded in a strong conceptual framework.
